Regina has an extraordinary ability to see and nurture potential in people—especially potential that they themselves are not yet aware of. From the very beginning of our journey together, she has constantly encouraged me to take on new challenges and guided me to discover what I am capable of, even when I wasn't aware of it myself at the time.

I was incredibly fortunate to start my teaching career with her. She had that certain something: not only did she open the door to a career in teaching for me, she also supported my transition into the role of school principal and was always there for me. When I made the transition from the world of teaching to the completely new world of school leadership, she taught me how to communicate effectively with teams and parents, how to think comprehensively, how to manage stress, how to work multifunctionally, how to manage time efficiently, and—most importantly—how to maintain open and transparent communication throughout it all.

By entrusting my colleague and me with her "baby," Early Birds Istanbul, she demonstrated her confidence in us and showed that she had prepared and trained us exceptionally well for this responsibility. Since we founded "Outdoor School Istanbul" in July 2025, her physical, strategic, and emotional support has been invaluable. Her constant availability whenever we need her, together with her clear, insightful, and professional leadership, continues to be one of our greatest strengths.
