This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“DPL”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Duty to Inform.
At Early Birds Consulting, led by Regina Kruse Özçelik (“Data Controller”), we place great importance on the security and protection of your personal data. With this in mind, we handle the processing and storage of all types of personal data collected in accordance with the DPA and relevant regulations with the utmost care.
As stated in the DPL, we are aware that, as a “controller,” we are responsible for personal data processed by the controller or on the controller’s instructions. We process your personal data as described below and within the limits permitted by law.
The purpose of this cookie notice is to inform you about the processing of personal data that is automatically collected through the placement of cookies on your device via our website. This includes the types of cookies we use, their respective purposes, and how you can manage these cookies.

Rights of the Data Subject
As the data subject, if you submit requests regarding your rights to the Data Controller using the Application Form provided below or by any other method specified in the Notice on the Principles and Procedures for Submitting Requests to the Data Controller, the Data Controller will respond to your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, without charging any fee, depending on the nature of your request. However, a fee may be charged if deemed necessary by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
According to Article 11 of the DPA, your rights as a data subject are as follows:
- To find out whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data, if it has been processed,
- To find out the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To find out which third parties your personal data has been transferred to within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that this information be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the grounds for processing it no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the DPL and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, To object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of your personal data that adversely affects you,
- To request compensation for any damages you may suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy notice in response to possible amendments to the DPL and decisions made by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
