Our 4-year-old EBI children have written their first children's book. How is that possible?

After our winter performance in December 2021, we brought all of our stage decorations back to the kindergarten, and some of them ended up as decorations in the EBİ group room of the "Green Ducks."

In January, we had some wonderful snowy days at kindergarten, and our EBI garden was transformed overnight into a real winter wonderland. Inspired by this, we made snowflakes, a snow road, a snowman, and finally numbers from 1 to 10 for our winter decorations.

How do I design a book with children?

Overnight, as if by magic, the numbers got mixed up, and the children eagerly set about sorting them again and again. Then, overnight, the numbers began to disappear. This provided us with the perfect scenario for a story! What happens to the numbers overnight? We wrote down all the children's comments and ideas, and this became the text for our book "The Numbers in Winter Wonderland." Pictures were painted for the pages of the book and, above all, lots of stories were told. Our book pages filled up very quickly!

With the help of a graphic designer, the children designed the book page by page. They chose sizes, shapes, and colors, and then added their comments.

Finally, we presented the story... and here it is: 😀
