I taught at Early Birds Preschool for six years, and during that time, I helped integrate PBL into the children’s daily learning. Regina’s methods and strategies are incredibly comprehensive - she leaves no stone unturned and ensures that every project is appropriate, well-managed, and carried out with the highest safety standards. From there, she brings in her signature “creative chaos,” a way of working that encourages flexibility, imagination, and autonomy not only in the children but also in the teachers.

The impact is undeniable. The children themselves are proof that PBL works. They thrive in it. I’ve also been able to apply its principles both personally and professionally, and it has enriched my life in countless ways. I believe deeply in Project-Based Learning, and after working with it for so long, teaching in any other way feels almost inconceivable. With the right guidance and care, it is easily the most fun, most engaging, and most rewarding approach to teaching.
